In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on gempak44, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gempak44.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of gempak44 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gempak44 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict, game-specific terms govern for gameplay matters; these Terms govern for all other matters.
To register and maintain a gempak44 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
gempak44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated on an ineligible Account are void and may be reclaimed by gempak44.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) gempak44 Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact gempak44 support immediately.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
gempak44 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:
gempak44 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals are withheld until KYC is approved. gempak44 may request additional documentation at any stage.
You are responsible for keeping your Account details current. If your contact details, address, or payment method changes, you must update your Account information promptly by contacting gempak44 support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gempak44 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
gempak44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify gempak44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.
gempak44 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious access patterns are detected, pending security verification with the account holder.
gempak44 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. gempak44 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. gempak44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on gempak44 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gempak44 does not support multi-currency accounts.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by gempak44 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specified for the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Real Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Each promotion specifies the applicable contribution rates. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically without notice.
gempak44 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-risk betting strategies, coordinating with other players to claim multiple bonuses, using technical or software tools to circumvent bonus restrictions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to voiding of associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in Account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
All casino games available on gempak44 are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. gempak44 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, gempak44 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-malfunction state. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable game error or software malfunction are void.
All sports betting markets are subject to the gempak44 Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and market-specific rules. Results are settled based on official sources and gempak44's determination is final in cases of dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
gempak44 reserves the right to immediately suspend an Account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected. gempak44 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal activity.
All content on the gempak44 Platform — including but not limited to the gempak44 brand name and logo, website design, software interfaces, game content (subject to individual game provider rights), text, images, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gempak44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any gempak44 content without express written permission.
gempak44's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the gempak44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gempak44 processes personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). gempak44 does not sell personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gempak44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
gempak44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or RM500, whichever is greater.
gempak44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gempak44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your gempak44 Account at any time by contacting gempak44 support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, gempak44 will process any outstanding withdrawal of Real Money Funds (subject to KYC verification) and close the Account. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not yet meeting withdrawal conditions are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
gempak44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to gempak44 or other players.
Where an Account is closed by gempak44 due to a breach of these Terms, gempak44 may withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where the balance is confirmed as legitimately accrued, it will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which gempak44 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of gempak44 services shall be referred first to gempak44's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable time, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable gaming authority. gempak44's determination on all in-game and bet settlement matters is final pending formal dispute escalation.
gempak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
